Looking for a house to buy in North County in one of the craziest real estate markets ever - with a baby on the way and an unfinished cross-country move looming – we really needed an agent who could help us navigate more than just the week’s new listings! Luckily, we ended up choosing Mick. As our agent, Mick brought a great balance by being extremely proactive on showings, upcoming listings, and writing offers; while maintaining a laid-back posture that never made us feel like we needed to make decisions we weren’t ready for, or get in over our heads. His stress-free and level headed approach made what was a stressful time in an intensely competitive market seem manageable and, dare I say, even fun.
